This immersive 6-Part series is designed for those who are ready to create meaningful, measurable change in their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma patterns, self-sabotage, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, this course teaches you how to rewire your mind-body system from the inside out.

Through the integrative power of clinical hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, breathwork, somatic practices, nervous-system regulation, and mindful embodiment, you will learn how to transform internal patterns and step into a calmer, stronger, more aligned version of yourself. We move beyond education to a full-system recalibration.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Each 60-minute session blends:

  • Educational neuropsychology & behavioral science Learn how your brain, nervous system, and subconscious shape your daily experiences.
  • Guided hypnotherapy journeys Access deeper subconscious layers to release old patterns and install new ones.
  • Breathwork & nervous-system regulation Activate clarity, reduce reactivity, and build long-term emotional resilience.
  • Somatic & mindful movement practices Release physical tension, reconnect to your body, and support emotional processing.
  • Integrative tools for daily use Take-home practices that help you maintain your progress between sessions. By the end of our six weeks, you’ll have a personalized system of tools, a regulated nervous system, and newly formed neural pathways that support long-term confidence, stability, and emotional freedom.

Part 3 of 6: Emotional Energy & the Body

Release what your body has been holding. Understand where emotions live within the body and how unresolved tension influences your mindset, behavior, and relationships. Learn to gently release stored emotional energy through breath, mindful movement, and somatic practices. You’ll experience:

  • Emotional-release breathwork
  • Somatic movement for tension clearing
  • Hypnotherapy to soften emotional barriers

What you’ll take home: A personalized emotional-release practice, micro-movement tools, and a body-awareness mapping exercise.
