SPECIAL EVENT: Conversation With Ms. Risa Igelfeld
Have you ever met someone 106 years young? How many centenarians have you met? Those who live to be 100 years or more are called Centenarians, and as of 2021, there were over 90,000 centenarians in the US. It is estimated that more than half a million centenarians will be alive in the US by 2060. Ms. RISA IGELFELD is one of those fabulous centenarians, and she will be joining us live in our studio to chat, and to answer your burning questions.
LECTURE: Allergies in Seniors - Stop Suffering, Start Breathing.
We will be discussing how allergies can affect us at all stages of life, including as seniors. We'll also address how different allergy medicines may affect us as we age, what the newest data on penicillin allergy suggests, and why it is important to discuss all of this with your doctor.

Titus Motion Therapy (TMT) treats the body as a whole unit with an emphasis on education and self-reliance. TMT uses exercise and motion therapy to realign the body, correct posture, and to restore muscular balance, mobility, and flexibility. Consequently, musculoskeletal discomfort and chronic injuries can be eliminated.

Prior to the development of any fitness or wellness program, it is essential to understand, and establish a sound physical foundation.
