🧠Boost Your Brainpower in Just 3 Weeks!🧠
Join this popular, 3-week, semi-private, small-group Brain Training Program (begins Tuesday, July 15th), and learn how to strengthen your attention and focus with targeted brain-training exercises.
What sets this program apart is the simultaneous integration of physical activity with brain training—-engaging in thinking and moving (also known as dual-tasking)--which has been shown to enhance learning, improve retention, and increase brain plasticity.
This program is designed to help you specifically learn how to strengthen your sustained, divided, and complex attention skills through targeted cognitive exercises, while also being physically active. By combining body and brain, you’ll activate multiple neural pathways, making your brain training more effective and enjoyable.
