This session includes a fun, new cone-based drill to sharpen your dinking accuracy, timing, and footwork. Perfect for players who want to play smarter, stay injury-free, and win more rallies. Here’s What You’ll Learn:
✔️ The key actions and movements in pickleball
✔️ Effective warm-up and cool-down routines
✔️ Practice essential skills like serving and dinking drills!
ABOUT THE PRESENTER: About five years ago, after a long love affair with USTA tennis, Kim Seiniger discovered the addictive magic of pickleball—and never looked back. She dove into the sport headfirst, playing constantly, competing in tournaments, and attending camps to sharpen her skills. Eager to help others make a smooth transition into the game, especially those coming from other sports, she pursued professional training to become a certified coach through the Professional Pickleball Registry. As a senior player herself, she appreciates how pickleball offers a full-body workout with less impact, and she's passionate about teaching the game in a way that’s both cohesive and fun. Her mission? To smash some volleys, serve up smiles, and share the joy of pickleball with every player she meets.
REGISTRATION: It's FREE to attend, but space is limited, so reserve your spot early.
Note: While we will have several paddles and pickleballs on hand, we can't ever have too many. So, if you own a paddle, or have one you can borrow, we suggest you bring it with you.
