Get ready to move, groove, and have fun in this energizing Line Dancing class. Soul Line Dancing is a form of choreographed group line dancing set to Motown, R&B, soul, and other old-school music. This class blends step-by-step instruction with upbeat choreography, helping participants improve balance, memory, and overall fitness while enjoying the social energy of group dance.

This class is also designed to be inclusive, engaging, low-pressure, and emphasizing rhythm, repetition, and community spirit. This beginner-friendly class features easy-to-follow, choreographed line dance routines and no partner is needed — just bring your energy and willingness to learn.

  • Improve coordination, balance, and memory
  • Enjoy a fun, low-pressure workout that doesn’t feel like exercise
  • Connect with others in a lively, supportive group setting
