Join Q4 Active for an informative and interactive workshop designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson's disease and their care partners. This engaging workshop will explore how specialized exercise programs can help address many of the movement and non-movement symptoms associated with Parkinson's while supporting long-term brain health and functional independence.
