WORKSHOP: Bodyblade® for Strength, Balance & Vitality

  • Q4 Active 6200 Variel Avenue, Ste. #2A Woodland Hills United States (map)

Join us for a one-of-a-kind 60-minute workshop led by the inventor of the Bodyblade® - Bruce Hymanson, PT. In this special session designed for older adults, Bruce will share the story behind Bodyblade and explain its unique characteristics that make it one of the most effective tools for improving strength, stability, balance, and coordination—all while being safe, low-impact, and fun to use.

A key benefit of Bodyblade training is its rapid oscillation and neuromuscular activation, which engages the body’s stabilizing muscles in a way that enhances balance, posture, and coordination. This type of neurotraining is especially valuable for fall prevention, helping participants build the strength and reflexes needed to stay steady and confident in everyday movement.

Following his introduction, Bruce will guide participants through a full Bodyblade class featuring 7-10 carefully chosen exercises. These movements are simple to learn yet powerful in their benefits, helping to build core strength, improve posture, enhance joint stability, and increase overall functional fitness for daily life.

Whether you’re new to Bodyblade or already familiar with it, this is a rare opportunity to learn directly from the creator himself and experience how this innovative training tool can help you move with more confidence, energy, and vitality.

Registration: While the event is FREE, please RSVP so we know you will be attending. Thank you.
