WORKSHOP: Elements of Stretching (4-Part Series)

  • Q4 Active 6200 Variel Avenue, Ste. #2A Woodland Hills United States (map)

This workshop series will provide you with a comprehensive approach to stretching, and an understanding of flexibility training. In this 4-part series, we will explore the integration of three forms of stretching, as each provides benefits that focus on a well-rounded program.

Flexibility has no skill levels. The difficulty depends on the individual. Practical suggestions guide flexibility approaches. Dynamic themes form the foundation for diverse program designs, drawing from positions like sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, twisting, laying, etc.

  1. Static: Decrease Neural Activity Isolation
  2. Active / Dynamic: Increase Neural Activity Integration
  3. Self-Myo-fascial Release using a foam roller
