Build Confidence. Strengthen Your Response
At Q4 Active, we train both the body and the brain. Emergency preparedness is a powerful example of how cognitive skills and practical knowledge work together. We are proud to host an First Aid Certification Course through the American Red Cross, providing practical, hands-on training to help participants respond effectively to common injuries and sudden illnesses.
