  • Q4 Active 6200 Variel Avenue, Ste. #2A Woodland Hills United States (map)

Ping pong is more than a sportβ€”it’s a cognitive workout. The rapid rallies challenge your focus, sharpen reflexes, and stimulate brain pathways for coordination, strategy, and split-second decision-making. Every serve, spin, and smash keeps your mind as active as your body.

Join us for a fun, fast-paced, and engaging Ping Pong Mini-Tournament at Q4 Active! This FREE, 90-minute session is designed to bring together movement, friendly competition, and brain engagement in a social and supportive environment.

Participants will rotate through a variety of interactive formats designed to keep everyone active, involved, and having fun regardless of skill level. This event is perfect for older adults looking to improve coordination, reaction time, and cognitive sharpness while enjoying a great community atmosphere.

Event Format:

  • Warm-up rallies to get started
  • King/Queen of the Table (fast-paced rotating play)
  • Timed Rally Challenge (test your consistency!)
