LECTURE: Introduction to Titus Motion Therapy

  • Q4 Active 6200 Variel Avenue, Ste. #2A Woodland Hills United States (map)

Titus Motion Therapy (TMT) treats the body as a whole unit with an emphasis on education and self-reliance. TMT uses exercise and motion therapy to realign the body, correct posture, and to restore muscular balance, mobility, and flexibility. Consequently, musculoskeletal discomfort and chronic injuries can be eliminated. The program consists of individualized, specific exercise routines that are safe and non-invasive (i.e., without hands on adjustments), and do not require exercise machines.

OBJECTIVES

  • What is Titus Motion Therapy (TMT)?
  • How is TMT different form other modalities?
  • What is the "Rock In The Shoe" analogy, and how does it apply here?
  • What are the physical benefits (e.g., being discomfort-free in just 8 weeks) of TMT?
  • What are the emotional benefits (e.g., hope is restored) of TMT?
  • What are the lifestyle benefits (e.g., one can do stuff he or she couldn’t before) of TMT?
