WORKSHOP: Building a Strong Physical Foundation

  • Q4 Active 6200 Variel Avenue, Ste. #2A Woodland Hills United States (map)

Prior to the development of any fitness or wellness program, it is essential to understand, and establish a sound physical foundation. It is from this foundation that everything else can build upon, and without it, all may come crashing down like a house of cards. In this workshop, we will introduce a little bit of everything, to include Breathing, Posture, Balance, Mobility, Flexibility, and even fall prevention/recovery.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Balance body and mind.
  2. Decrease stress, pain, and discomfort.
  3. Revitalize strength, flexibility, mobility, and vitality.
  4. Restore memory, and brain function, with movement.
  5. Prepare for and prevent injuries from falls
