Down to Earth is an American documentary television series that premiered on Netflix on July 10, 2020. It stars Zac Efron and Darin Olien, who also act as executive producers of the series. The documentary revolves around Efron and his travels around the world to France, Puerto Rico, London, Iceland, Costa Rica, Peru, and Sardinia, and focuses on themes of travel, life experience, nature, green energy and sustainable living practices.

The episode we'll be viewing is part of a larger Emmy Award winning documentary series.We join Zac and Darin as they journey to Sardinia—-one of the world’s famed Blue Zones. Blue Zones are regions known for their unusually high number of 100 year olds (i.e., centenarians). What insights behind these long, healthy lives will they uncover?
