Parkinson's Disease Exercise Class Series

Q4 Active is proud to offer a specialized brain-body training program designed to help individuals with Parkinson's Disease maintain mobility, balance, confidence, cognitive function, and social connection. This specialized program is led by Lisa Wojo and Marissa Gee (see bios below), each of whom have extensive experience working with the Parkinson's community. The series is also appropriate for care partners who wish to learn more about the role of exercise and Parkinson's. REGISTRATION

The 4-Week series meets twice per week in July, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 2:00PM - 3:00PM (see schedule below).

CLASS INSTRUCTORS

Lisa Wojciechowski is a health and wellness professional dedicated to helping adults move better, think sharper, and age stronger. She is the founder of Back 2 Core Training & Wellness and holds certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Brain Health Trainer. Lisa combines evidence-based exercise, wellness coaching, and brain health strategies to help individuals improve function, confidence, and quality of life. She is passionate about empowering older adults through movement, education, and healthy lifestyle practices that support long-term independence and well-being.

Marissa Gee is a certified personal trainer, certified brain health trainer, running coach, and nationally certified health coach, She has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, from coaching at the college level to running a corporate wellness program, to personal training active older adults. When her father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s about 10 years ago, she learned about the benefits of boxing for PD, and designed her own program called Boxing for Brain Health.
