"Golden Beats," by Drums Alive® is the original evidence-based cardio drumming workout specially designed for the senior population, which provides a fun drumming wellness program.

The class uses the power of music, movement, and rhythm to improve physical, cognitive, social, and emotional health for everyone of every age and ability. Learn rhythmical patterns of the drum to increase synchronization of brain wave activity which in turn provides feelings of euphoria and improved mental awareness and self-acceptance. When we drum, we dance, and when we dance, we are having FUN!
